Exciting Review of 20th Anniversary Celebration Activities

On October 1, 2021, the 20th anniversary commemoration event of Hebei Sanchao Plastics Products Co., Ltd. was held as scheduled in the company's compound, with all employees participating. Firstly, tug of war and skipping rope competitions were held, followed by the 20th anniversary celebration of the company. After the conference, all employees took a group photo to commemorate the occasion.

01-Tug of war and skipping rope competition

To boost team cohesion, encourage staff engagement, and create a positive workplace environment, the celebration kicked off with dynamic jump rope challenges and tug-of-war competitions. The event was packed with excitement as employees enthusiastically cheered on, their cheers growing louder with each wave of the rope. The entire activity buzzed with laughter and energy throughout the duration.    A total of 49 people participated in the skipping rope competition, and through 6 exciting matches, 10 outstanding contestants were selected. The top 3 contestants each received a set of high-end tableware, and the 4-6 contestants each received a stainless steel thermos. A total of 136 people participated in the tug of war competition. The women's group of 8 selected a champion group of 12 people after 3 rounds of competition, while the men's group of 4 selected a champion group of 10 people after 2 rounds of competition. Each person received a stainless steel thermos.

02-Guests visit

The chairman led the invited guests to visit the production workshop, understand the corporate culture, and appreciate the style of San Chao employees through the handicraft exhibition.

03-20th anniversary celebration

20th Anniversary Celebration Conference At 10 o'clock, special guests and all employees will take their seats in order to hold the 20th anniversary celebration of the company. At the meeting, Chairman Zhang Haixiang gave a detailed introduction on the ups and downs of the company's 20th anniversary. After more than 20 years of hard work, Hebei Sanchao has developed from a privately-owned enterprise on the brink of bankruptcy to a leading enterprise in China's plastic weaving industry, with products sold both domestically and internationally.

At present, the scale of enterprise development is constantly expanding, management models are constantly innovating, and modern management systems are constantly improving. The development of enterprises not only pursues economic benefits, but also takes into account social benefits. They donate funds to support education, build roads for local residents, improve living conditions, participate in earthquake relief, and visit employees' families over 80 years old at the end of each year. They also implement a retirement system for employees who meet the conditions. One plowing, one harvest, the enterprise has won more than 30 honors in the process of operation. Looking ahead to the future, the enterprise will continue to learn and introduce scientific management methods and technologies, adhere to honest management, train employees, improve their quality level, establish a good corporate image, and take the path of collective prosperity.

The employee representatives actively spoke at the conference, sharing what they had seen, heard, and felt during their work in the Sanchao Company, and all the employees present empathized with them.

After the celebration, all employees of Sanchao took a group photo as a joint witness to the 20-year development process.

During and after the celebration, there will be a "Staff Personal Handicraft Art Exhibition" in the conference room to show the staff's handcraft art style and stimulate their creativity.
