General Manager Zhang Shichao introduced the new market competition situation this year and the major quality problems of Sanchao products in the market through video conference. This year will be the most intense and brutal competition in the mesh bag industry. After our products were put into the market, a series of quality problems frequently occurred, mainly due to non-standard production operations and a lack of emphasis on product quality. The chairman emphasized at the meeting that today will be a milestone in the comprehensive rectification of quality work for the Sanchao, and the next step of work should shift from focusing on output to focusing on quality.


Uality management tabular and data-driven

Since the implementation of the comprehensive quality rectification of the Sanchao, in about a month, various quality management forms have been comprehensively built and improved, and the quality problems of workers have been managed in a tabular and data-driven manner. Refine and quantify every quality issue of each worker, input the daily quality inspection report data into the computer for classification and summary, establish a quality issue database, and build personal quality files.


Construction of Quality Supervision and Management System

Further quantify daily inspection work, improve unreasonable inspection and screening methods, conduct quantitative and irregular spot checks, screen details, and focus on rectification, so that workers have no regularity to follow in routine quality inspections. Improve the quality supervision system to ensure that the next process is supervised and the previous process is implemented effectively. By screening the quality problems of the previous process for each process, reducing the quality problems of the current process, and punishing and rewarding those who fail to detect quality problems, we can truly achieve timely detection, feedback, and improvement of quality problems.

Every afternoon, the quality control department holds a daily review meeting to compile and summarize quality issues from each production process. They propose improvement measures for critical quality concerns and monitor implementation progress. Each morning, workshop teams hold staff meetings to brief on yesterday's quality incidents, encouraging continuous improvement through regular communication.
